so i started the new year on a fun note. i think. haha. i met him to fly kites together today. went to a park at sengkang and it was a beautiful day to fly kites. it was quite a nice and peaceful place cos there were very little people. only 3 groups of people, including us, when we were there. brought some chips and drinks there too. turned out it was more than enough. we left when the sky turned a little gloomy. but it was fun. cos our kites flew so high. many mishaps along the way though but was fun :D. he had a really cute penguin kite and it was so cute to see a penguin in the sky haha. we were tired by the time we were done flying kties. have no idea why but we were just tired. so headed back home. i took a nap. and i found out i was toasted by the sun while kite flying :(. almost to the point of sun burnt cos i'm a little red. so much for thinking i wouldn't get that tanned in just a little while. so i'm now slathering heaps of lotion on my arms and legs. hopefully i can return to my normal shade soon.

meeting my supervisor tmr. hope it goes well. removed my nail polish just now. don't think i can paint them anymore when i start my project in case any contamination or whatever gets into my specimens :(. but nvm i'm telling myself it will be fun and exciting. get myself hyped up for this adventure! whee. -.-.

hmm ok so nothing much for now. i shall get myself prepped for tmr. and i've been eating SO MUCH. i need to exercise portion control now. and maybe secretly do situps so my family don't think i'm queer if they see me doing them. hmm.

alright. time to sleep and get all prepared for tmr. this year shall be a happy year :). at least i'll try.
